Berkshire Home Pros were hired as the general contractor on this project. We removed a structural wall that incorporated a pantry for there kitchen. This home was built in the 50's, we had to follow all EPA rules for lead safe renovations.
The new supporting beam taller than the existing second floor joist, posed a need for a faux beam that looked hand hewed from years ago.
