The family of this property wanted a retreat for everyone to enjoy, but one that would mainly be used by the father, who requested a space for relaxing, working out, entertaining, and some business functions. The proximity to the pool meant it had to have extensive outdoor living spaces, which is shown with the outdoor dining under a pergola (there is a full outdoor kitchen with large, stone pizza oven - not shown) and multiple seating areas, one nestled around the custom outdoor fireplace. All spaces are connected on a tiered stone terrace.
