This Lake Erie new build in a lovely community has an interesting meld of two unique styles: mid-century modern meets clean-coastal. We began with a clean slate of Benjamin Moore Distant Grey on the walls, and a few key pieces of the clients own furniture brought from Switzerland, like the cream leather sofas in the living room. We kept a neutral palette with layers of white, cream, sand, taupe and grey, but had some fun with colourful surprises, like the laundry room glass mosaic tile and the pretty floral patterned drapes in the master bedroom.
