This project was an addition & remodel for one of my favorite designers in the area Charles Kleemann. Charlie was the original builder on the house years ago and I was honored to be chosen as the builder to pick up the reins where he left off. The home has lots of details that are "deceptively simple" as is usually the case with modern architecture.
