We tackled the bathroom and the kitchen in this renovation project. Some structural changes were made to the kitchen to make more space. This included demolishing a partition wall and soffit to allow for an L-shaped kitchen. The rest of the changes were aesthetic and included replacing the current appliances, tiles, counters, faucets and cabinetry.

For the primary bathroom, we changed the tiles, toilet, bathtub, vanity and fixtures. Additional touch was added with a glass partition with a custom shower door beam put in. For the powder bathroom, changes were made similar to the master bathroom to tie in the aesthetics of both the bathrooms of the apartment.
