A 1960 derelict residential quadplex, saved from demolition by new
owner/architect Robert Cain Architect, we gutted, reconfigured ground floor to an “open plan” design for a new architects office, we also restored and upgraded two existing apartments on second floor…it was awarded “adoptive reuse” award by the City of Atlanta in 2023
