Rio Vista Project was designed by Anil Arquitectura, a Venezuela design firm partners with HCD Group, and built by HCD Construction Group in Fort Lauderdale. Its a 7,000 sf+ house with custom wood interior doors, custom main door, limestone floors, limestone on the exterior wall of the house, exposed concrete, and tall windows.
