These particular clients were from Dubai. The unit was purchased for their son who attended college. Design objective was to incorporate different sitting areas in this open floor plan. They wanted something contemporary with a lot of texture in their ceilings, walls and floors as well as custom built-ins. We did this by designing unique tile design, mosaic tile, and luxurious wall fabric and furniture.
