River Mansions homeowners in Berkeley Lake pulled out all stops when they decided to update their kitchen. From cabinets and flooring to a brand new custom designed Island, this kitchen leaves us wondering if we are in the same kitchen!

Originally Maple, the perimeter and Island cabinets were refinished to a custom painted finish with glaze in crevises. Other additions include: Custom designed Island, New upper square raised panel cabinet doors replacing arched raised panel doors, Hardwood flooring, Quartz Countertops, Mother of Pearl backsplash, Above sink window valance and backsplash surround bridging the cabinets and window, Cove crown cabinet molding, Pendant lighting over Island, Under cabinet puck lighting, New stainless steel appliances and Tob Knobs cabinetry hardware

Designed by CCFF, the custom built Island creates considerably more usable countertop and cabinet space. Other additions top the Island is the beautiful Quartz countertop and Top Knobs cabinetry hardware.

Another area that took on a very dramatic change was the sink area window. Originally, this window is completely out of scale with the cabinets that surround it. Under the creative direction of CCFF, a custom-built valance now bridges the cabinets. The stunning Mother of Pearl backsplash on the window surround creates a continuous flow and the window is now in scale with the cabinets.

New pendant lighting above the Island and under cabinet puck lighting creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The gorgeous pendant lighting is courtesy Creative Home Accessories (CHA) - CCFF's sister company.
