This river was eroding the bank of this home. We at Savvy Custom Builders used inexpensive cobblestone and road fabric to stop the erosion and even retake the lost land back. We then added solid hand carved granite treads in to the water with a peerless landing. The pea stone landing is nice on your feet and when water is up is just below the surface making a beach chair appear resting in top of the water. This repair will last centuries and is a truly classic look that blends with the environment rather then sticking out.
