This was a new construction home that was purchased without any of the builder upgrades. This area used to be open to the living room downstairs, but the owner decided they wanted the additional floor space and added this loft area. It has a lot of natural light, and the owner wanted a somewhat industrial vibe so we paired that with darker furniture and some fun accessories.
