Kitchen remodel to a 1921 home listed on the historic registrar. The design gives homage to the homes history and provides straight forward function a touch of elegance.
Although the refrigerator remained in the same location, we expanded the opening to the dining room to 5'-6" wide, eliminated a door where the new range was placed, and moved the sink and dishwasher, and replaced the worn out pantry. We protected and patched the existing wood floor, this was done by the owner's labor of love and economy. The reed glass cabinets give a classy farmhouse feel to compliment the apron front sink. Cambria countertops are anti-microbial and durable.
