A modest sized two bedroom house in the heart of the hip Hillcrest neighborhood. Starting from the ground up I needed to make some upgrades to a rental property that would provide for the demands of the client needs but with out making large investment or major changes to a space that was only temporary. Furnishing solution and well thought out space plan along with simple updates to the lighting made for a space that feels anything but temporary.
