This was a small rambler that we were asked to stage. It was a process, as we first came in and gave the homeowner a lengthy list of items that needed to be removed, rooms to be cleaned and certain items to be updated. The sellers eagerly tackled each project and when they were ready for us to come in and stage, the results were clean, simple and easy on the eyes.
