The Client wished to transform a 1953 house, located in a lovely neighborhood, into a home that was better able to accommodate the needs of a modern day family. With renovations and additions, the existing home of 1700sf grew to 3000sf upon project completion. The scope of this project features the design and build of a new modern kitchen, open stairs, an expansive master suite, and the addition of 3 new bedrooms and 2 1/2 new baths. The new design stays true to the concept of mid-century modern while incorporating modern technologies.
