This project began with a flooded basement from an exploded toilet. After removing all saturated carpet and furniture the remodel was off and running...... repairing sheetrock replacing wainscoting and all the base and casing and then on to paint tile and all new switches, outlets and lights.
After finishing in the basement we moved right upstairs. and began with all the same replacements and added demolition. Not to mention the single homeowner was still occupying the property it was soon after we started the main floor that he chose to allow us the property and evacuate to a hotel. Not too longer after that he found his new home in Oregon. After completing the work on the house we packed him up and moved all his belongings for him leaving the house to be sold and indeed it was not even a week after completion!
