A young family purchased their first home in Alameda, California. The kitchen felt very detached from the rest of the house and the goal was not only to open it up but also brighten its environment. The goal was to create a timeless, traditional kitchen with modern and playful elements. With touches of Benjamin Moore’s “Startling Orange” in this custom cabinet kitchen, along with the simple Beveled Subway Tile and Polished Chrome hardware, it brings a warmth and simplicity to traditional designs.
