Rose

This project was a complete re-imagining of house that was a bastardized 80's remodel and poor add on. We were able to take an ugly duckling and make it swan. When we got this house, not one real estate agent wanted to touch it. After we completed the project, it ended up selling $60k over asking and sold at over $950 per square foot.

I wanted the front yard to have a pop of color, so we painted the front door blue. The siding was original wood that we added the strips of wood and changed the stain to a light grey.

This kitchen was originally where the dinning room is located. It was tiny closed up kitchen. We opened the walls up and moved the kitchen to make it a large open and inviting modern kitchen.

This sunken living room had old french doors and 80's fireplace mantel. I wanted to add more light to the room so we added the windows on each side of the fireplace.

This was the laundry room that we opened up to create a wine bar that would lead out to the backyard where the BBQ would be located. I moved the laundry room upstairs and therefore we were able to get more storage as well.

This powder bath was dark and ugly. I wanted it to pop so we added some metallic wallpaper. I had a floating cabinet installed and some simple modern light fixtures.

This family room was closed off with several different rooms. I opened it up to create a more inviting room with an attached flex space that could be an office or kids play area.

This was a flex space that I thought would work perfectly for a home workspace off of the living room.

This master was a very large master without a master bathroom or walk-in closet. I was able to still keep a large master bedroom with a huge deck off of the front of the house and create that dream on-suite master bedroom.

This deck had wood railing that hid the view from the master. I took off all of the old wood railing and installed a modern wrought iron railing.

This is a roof deck that has views of the ocean. It was completely blocked off with solid wood railing. I had the railing removed and installed a modern wrought iron railing.
