Three generations of a family sharing a mid-century ranch needed more room, and an old house needed to take advantage of their spacious backyard. Bathrooms were updated, floors were leveled, and a new kitchen and living room with a vaulted ceiling was added onto the rear, with clerestory windows to bring ample natural light and some added curb appeal from the front. A new bathroom was added with access to the outside for a future pool. Rounding it all out is a wide, open back deck with a suspended arbor above.
