This was the Parade home for Arbogast Custom Homes in Rough Hollow, Lakeway 2017. It was a tricky lot as it fell about 30' within the first 30' of the lot and as such we designed an "upside down" house which has a finished out lower floor below the main living area. This took advantage of the lot and was a very cost effective way to work with the site.
