Back in 1989 my wife Anne and I punched a run down 1930s farmhouse north of Seattle WA. We were young and eager to be first time homeowners! We honed our skills back in those days and transformed that little 1900 sq ft home into something to be proud of! No surface was spared! We found douglas fir t&g flooring under the old carpet and had them refinished, added an eat in kitchen, Heart pine flooring in the family room addition, knotty pine custom cabinetry and custom island, river rock and natural gas fireplaces, renovated both bathrooms and added a playhouse, renovated the garage, added the front and rear porches, added T&G on the exterior ceilings and cedar decks. And of course all new windows, siding and cedar shakes! These are recent photos of our old home on Royal Anne road and it shows our work stands the test of time!
