2900 square foot ranch house in DESPERATE need of a complete overhall. An awkward floor-plan, outdated 1950's meets 1970's design, and years of neglect, made this house the eyesore of the neighborhood. I fell in love with the beautiful old trees on this lot, friendly neighbors, and huge backyard and knew this house deserved rescuing. Now it is a true gem, ready for its new family and loved by all the neighbors on this quiet Dallas cul-de-sac. We started by tearing it down to the studs, removed all plumbing, HVAC and electrical wiring, moved walls, built a garage and came up with a new functional floorplan which included a new master suite, true laundry room, wet bar, and open dining-kitchen-living floorplan.
