A complete transformation of this Victorian style residential home was completed with the exterior painting. The exterior paint refinish on this home required lead safe practices on preparing the surface first. Surface preparation was as time consuming as the application of the new paint. The surface prep was critical in assuring the new coat would be long lasting and it was critical to follow all the lead safe practice as previous paint contained lead which is typical of paints earlier than the 1970s.
