Client wanted to have a larger open look and wanted the side walls to come down as the storage spaces on the side were pretty unusable. We adding the celiing and HVAC system. We changed out some cabinet fixtures and lighting, we added canned lighting and added a larger eating space for 4 when they have guests over.
They wanted a little sitting parlor between the bed and kitchen. It was a very tight squeeze.
