Rustic Basement Renovation

This project was so much fun! We gutted and remodeled this basement because our client wanted to create a fun, soothing, and interesting place for her children and grandchildren to stay with her. We created a media center in the basement main family room, complete with pool table and kitchenette. Creating a luxury spa-like bathroom with heated tile floors and jacuzzi tub adds to the appeal. Guest rooms in large king-size beds encourage people to sleep in and stay awhile! Our client loves the new look and feels her rustic, laid-back style shows through.

We created a rustic and luxurious bathroom in this basement remodel by selecting beautifully nature made stone insert in the jacuzzi tub, heated tile floor, and warm colored wood cabinets.

Our client gets lots of "oohs and ahhh's" from this bathroom! We custom designed this bathroom stone insert to showcase beautiful colors and graphic elements to the space. The tile stone floor is heated for added luxury.

Here we used antiques the homeowner already had and saved money by using a used sofa. We splurged on a kitchenette at the back of the space, and used beautiful wood trim and luxury carpet to this family room.
