Downsizing is not easy when you need space for your four adult children when they come to visit with their families. My client needed to creatively change this two bedroom condo into a four bedroom condo complete with workout room, office area, and a kitchen large enough to seat everyone at the holidays. We added a queen pull out sofa bed behind the barn doors in the sun room. Then added a small bedroom off of the hallway which included a twin pull out sofa bed and treadmill. Along with the extra beds, we took out two floating walls to open up the kitchen area to fit an island big enough for the whole family.
