This 1980's contractor-grade townhouse received a complete renovation. Simply by focusing on surface materials we were able to transform this lackluster space into a beautiful rustic modern residence. The installation of new hardwoods, rustic architectural features, natural slate and stone, new doors and moldings make it hard to recall this townhouse's humdrum beginnings.
