Tucked away on a high hilltop within Montauk’s rustic terrain, resides this summer retreat. A site which is now filled with lush gardens, pool, spa, patios, decks, entertaining areas, rolling lawn, guest parking and a front grand entrance.

The grand entrance taken from the new visitor parking area. The pathway, flanked by lush plantings, meanders either up to the house or around back through the Asian style gate and pergola.

The irregular bluestone pathway flanked with pachysandra leading to the Asian style gate with pergola. The gate draws ones eyes through to frame the rear yard and entices one to enter.

Boulder steppers and dry laid irregular bluestone pavers form a walkway that leads you to the rear yard with an inviting gate and arbor with an Asian flare.

Rear yard boulder staircase adjoining the west side of the house with the east side of the pool. Connecting the lower and upper spaces of the pool and patio areas.

Looking out over the blue ice bluestone patios, pool with its vanishing edge with SPA in the distance, Misty Rose dry stacked stone retaining walls and upper slope plantings of Nepeta, ornamental grasses and Tardiva Standards.
