At less than 3,000 sq ft our goal was to create a fluid space with 3 large impact areas. Those areas were 1. Kitchen 2. Armani Tile Fireplace 3. Cedar Feature wall at the stair landing. The continuous hardwood made the movement in the space continuous, which leads to it feeling larger than it is. Our clients were 2 young professionals with 2 small children. Easy to clean and durability was also a priority.
