Sabor De Sal Kitchen Remodel

You wouldn't believe it at first glance, but this home wasn't always so bright and open. Many walls, including several weight bearing previously exterior walls, were removed to expand the kitchen to the great room and fit an airy dining area in-between. Now this gorgeous river-side home has natural light and neutral grays all across its open floor plan.

If you have noticed the flooring seems to have perfectly hidden grout lines, you would be right. There are actually no grout lines at all. We polished the concrete and coated it in an epoxy to make that marbled look on a budget!
