This project was an entire condo construction/build out. This was originally built to be a 2 bedroom condo. When walking in to the front door, you would walk straight into a bedroom. We removed a wall & created a “flex room” instead with an office space/desk & storage facing the city view. This room will eventually have a sleeper sofa, and where the wall used to be we will install a roller shade that rolls down out of the ceiling to accommodate guests when needed. Removing the wall achieved a beautiful view of the city & river.
