A clearing surrounded by beautiful native trees - Cedar, Fir, Hemlock,Poplar, Big Leaf Maple, and Alder. The challenge has been integrating transitional areas with deer proof and drought tolerant plantings. This has given us a high appreciation of the beauty and diversity of ornamental grasses and native species.
