This lounge was designed and installed for the Exploratorium's Opening Gala Event, April 2013. We partnered with Williams-Sonoma Home to showcase their stunning new Spring collection.

Parameters of the project required the lounge to seat 8-10 people for the evening.

We drew our design inspiration from the Exploratorium's new location on Pier 15. By incorporating a palette of gray and blue, the use of natural linen fabrics, and materials such as wood and zinc, we created a lounge evocative of the natural landscape surrounding the Exploratorium's dynamic new location.
