This essentially new Marina home is the result of a complete renovation with addition to a plain 2-story dwelling. The transformation of the home included a complete seismic upgrade, the addition of a third floor bedroom level and a fourth floor penthouse, rooftop observation deck, and solar panels, all more than doubling the original square footage of the home.
