Our client approached us with the desire to expand the use of her relatively small backyard. Having worked with her on her previous home, she was able to identify similar goals for outdoor entertainment and use. By elevating her outdoor use areas to the house floor area, there is now a convenient flow from the Family Room to the new outdoor patio and kitchen. Visually, the house has been expanded to the outdoor as they now function in unison.
