San Mateo Residence

In this major home renovation, the kitchen is completely relocated and the living area is opened up. Bright and spacious living area is now a great gathering place for the family and friends. Beautiful walnut cabinetry and open floor plan is an homage to the mid-century years this California home was built.
In addition to the living area improvements, the office space was repurposed with the addition of a murphy bed wall with cabinetry so it can be used as a guest room as needed.
Laundry room was also moved inside of the house and reconfigured in a utility room with much-needed extra storage.
