This beautiful desert home was in need of some updates and a fresh look. The exterior was blending into the background, hidden by bulky plans. In the interior, the color scheme, furniture, and floors were out- dated, making the whole home look a bit worn and bland.

After the renovation, the entire home is now sleek and sophisticated.

The exterior siding was updated to a smooth clean style that helped bring the house into the foreground. The front lawn was redone with fresh grass and the bulky plants that were hiding the home were removed. A winding brick walkway was added as an inviting entrance feature.
Inside, the dividing wall from kitchen to living room was removed making the place feel much more expansive and bright. White walls, dark hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a refreshing modern look. The theme continued into the living room, with clean lines and all new updated furniture.

The bathroom was done in elegant grey tones, with a stone tile shower, granite counter top and white cupboards.
