The challenge of this interior renovation was to preserve the history of this 100 year old house while incorporating modern elements for convenience.

The space was completely gutted to the frame, the rooms reorganized and finishes selected to enhance the new layout. By combining smaller spaces into the larger layout, light is allowed to move through the public spaces creating an open feeling. Muted neutral colors showcase the natural wood and metal finishes.
