This is a company condo that is used at various times during the year. It had been newly renovated and so was a blank canvas. However, the East Coast company had a limited time frame. The only caveat was to stay within the budget, give it a coastal vibe, and complete the project in 5 weeks. This included everything from furniture, mattresses, linens, kitchen items, dishes, towels, and art. It's now a comfortable home away from home.
