This is an informal, urban, front garden that is being phased in. The client wanted her garden to be a gathering place for friends and neighbours and also provide some privacy from the street. A solid concrete walk to the front door had to remain for budget considerations. A new, stone semicircular entry is echoed in shape in the new granite sitting area (inlaid with irregular sandstone pieces).
