Built in 1910, this home had a lot of history but also needed a lot of help. Following a thorough design process, walls were opened up and reconfigured to create an open concept first floor and a master-suite on the second floor. Meanwhile new floor joists and beams were installed in areas to restore the structural integrity of the home. Cosmetically everything was refinished to its former beauty both inside and out. Throughout the course of the renovation the home received new flooring, drywall, fixtures, finishes, siding, windows, and gutters (along with all major building systems). All of these updates paired with the addition of a 2-car garage and mudroom helped bring this century home back to life!
