This 3 Bed | 3 Bath cabin was extremely outdated and underperforming. The owner was looking to revamp his investment without doing major renovations. The goal was to create a unique vacation rental for his guests and stand out amongst the thousands of other vacation rentals in the area. The cabin sits privately on over 3.5 acres. Since there were no mountain views we really needed an idea that was unique. Given the owners' preference for a more modern look, we landed on a Scandinavian-inspired cottage.
