This was a small cottage but with a view of the bay in a high rent area of Sausalito. I basically freshened up the tired look with new laminate flooring, new color palette, new hardware for the kitchen cabs, new fireplace re-surfacing, new windows, newly insulated throughout and new carpets in bedroom and new flooring in bathroom. The price does not cover all product or contractor's work. They were able to easily secure top rental price after the improvements.
