These new home owner clients decided that they wanted to open up their divided main floor layout for a more social design.

We ripped down some walls, and installed flooring throughout the level. Changed the paint color, and removed a redundant exterior door for the later kitchen expansion.

We started with a total remodel plan, and then we phase designed it to fit into budget, avoiding redundant labor, and finishing each phase at a clean, finished look.

The next progressive phase of this project will be a kitchen expansion and remodel! We are eager to continue working with these amazing clients in tailoring their house into their home!!
