This home, like many of the homes in this neighborhood, was built in the mid to late late 80's, so the client felt if was time for a change, a fresh new look. Considering the scope of the project, the investment range of the first floor remodel was wisely created based on what the current home values could support. The project scope included: floor and wall coverings, base and crown moldings, lighting, new kitchen layout opening the space into the dining room, cabinets, counter tops, fixtures, decorative hardware and the remake of existing furniture and window treatments.
