We need to add an extra bedroom and a kitchen area in this small unfinished basement for owner to able to rent it out to a family. Designing the space was a challenge, but we were able to give owner a nice living room, bathroom and second bedroom. Our timeline and the budget were very limited. Even though we all experiencing pandemic related material delays, our team did their miracle and we were able to deliver the project only with 25 days delay.
