This is a Veridian Home in Sun City, AZ. The wall in between the kitchen and living room was removed to create an open concept and one large family area including a bar area. Also transformed closet leading from the garage to the kitchen into a mudroom/butlers pantry combination. Hale navy island was done at standard bar height to accommodate tall homeowners; color carried throughout the house.
