Looking for that new direction, Ron and Luxury home builder Ken Madden of Landmark West chose to go with what they are calling a Transitional Ranch style. The exterior will feature generous use of Texas limestone and wood outriggers and accent beams. The inside will be a brand of rustic formal not before seen in Arizona.
