This home had a north facing back deck that was sheltered by the house on two sides. This made the addition of a screen porch worth it in Minnesota because of that shelter from the elements. They added an amazing wood burning stone fireplace, skylights, tri-fold patio door (really cool), with a outdoor TV. Best screen porch ever! Love it.
