This 1 story 2 bedroom 1 bath home needed extra space for extended family that often visited in the summer. We added a new second floor to provide 2 bedrooms, 1 more bath and a loft with a balcony. The beauty of this project was the ability to complete the demolition, the rework and the actual building of the second floor in record time with the use of an Amwood Home panalized package. . We started in February doing the demo work. We measured for our panelized package and 2 weeks later we were able to set the new second floor with a crane. We were enclosed to the weather in 3 days. We were able to finish the interior, protected from the harsh winter weather. The owners are delighted with their new space!
